At Bolt Fitness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We gladly accept returns for any reason within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Condition of Items: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone within the 7-day window. You will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.
- Shipping Fees: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Refunds Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or to the original payment method if applicable.
